Witness and Evidence Tampering
Stacy Wright (formally Timothy Wright) was the Lead Supervisor for Jimmy Johnson and Thomas Fischl at the South Haven Meijer. Ms. Wright had first hand knowledge of all the allegations made by employees at the South Haven Meijer but she has refused to come forward out of fear of retaliation.
It is further alleged that the Meijer Legal Department destroyed emails (evidence) that Fischl had sent to Ms. Wright documenting the all the allegations made agianst Meijer in South Haven.
