Fischl v. Bridgman Public Schools

With the recent announcement that Superintendent Shane Peters will be replaced at the end of this school year and the departure of BPS Assistant Superintendent Sam Stine last summer, I can finally bring closure to my dispute with BPS going back to the Fall of 2021. Had I decided to litigate, the only remedy I would have sought would have been the removal of Peters and Stine so I consider "mission accomplished". However my story doesn't end there and remains of Public interest which is why I have created this webpage.
The irony of Sam Stine leaving BPS to become Director of Curriculum at New Buffalo Public Schools is that the Administration at both BPS and New Buffalo Schools don't control the curriculum, the MI Teachers Union does.
For the record, I do blame myself for accepting the job offer from BPS on a handshake with nothing in writing and I also blame myself for not doing my due-diligence to find out if Bridgman Public Schools was "Woke" before accepting the job. Had I known then what I know now about what was being taught (indoctrinated), I wouldn't have come anywhere near Bridgman Public Schools.
The only regret I have moving forward was that my story has been successfully "swept under the rug" by the Bridgman Board of Education and covered up by elected Republicans who are both too afraid to stand up to the MI Teachers Union the way I did.
