Based on information and belief, I was hired by Bridgman Public Schools through personal relationships and was eventually forced out over my personal (political) beliefs. I further believe that BPS submitted false information to EduStaff regarding my alleged “self termination”, that BPS filed false or misleading information to the MI Department of Labor regarding my departure from BPS, and that BPS committed Deprivation of Rights under the Color of Law by denying me any form of do process.
In addition, I believe the Board of Education of BPS has covered up my allegations by terminating (or reassigning) the Social Worker along with terminating the employment of Shane Peters and Sam Stine. And finally, I believe that Bridgman Public Schools continues to indoctrinate students with inappropriate material without parental notification or consent. It wasn’t just the Social Worker who was doing the indoctrinating.
As far as the Statute of Limitations, I believe this situation is still ongoing as the MI Department of Labor is currently going after the unemployment benefits I received from when I was let go from Bridgman Public Schools. I also believe there should be no Statue of Limitations in going after those who willfully endanger the welfare of children.
